【摘要】 目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:61例老年期抑郁症患者随机分为艾司西酞普兰组31例和舍曲林组30例治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),临床大体印象量表(CGI),治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗6周,两组各量表评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),艾司西酞普兰组治疗1周比舍曲林组改善显著(P<0.05),提示西酞普兰组起效快,有效率93.5%,舍曲林组为90%,两组疗效相当(P>0.05),两组不良反应轻微,无需特殊处理。结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症疗效显著,安全性高,起效快,耐受性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of escitalopram in the treatment of senile depression.Method:Sixty-one patients with senile depression were randomly divided into escitalopram group and sertraline group treated for six weeks.The curative effects and adverse reactions were assessed with the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),clinical general impression(CGI) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) respectively.Results:There were significantly improvement in scores of all scales compared with pre-treatment after 6 weeks treatment in two group(P<0.01),meanwhile,the significant improvement were found in the escitalopram group than in the sertraline group at the end of first week treatment(P<0.05),which suggest that the research group took effects faster.Effective rate of escitalopram group was 93.5% and of sertraline group was 90%.The curative effects of two groups were equivalente(P>0.05).The adverse reactions of both groups were mild and didn’t need special treatment.Conclusion:Escitalopram has an marked curative effect,higher safety and better tolerance in the treatment of senile depression.更多还原
