【摘要】 目的:探讨阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症患者攻击行为的疗效及安全性。方法:70例有攻击行为的精神分裂症患者随机分为合用药组和单用药组,各35例,分别给予阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸镁缓释片与单一阿立哌唑治疗,疗程6周。用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、外显攻击行为量表(修订版)(MOAS)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后两组PANSS评分及MOAS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P均<0.01);以合用药组PANSS总分及阳性症状分、MOAS总分较单用药组下降显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症攻击行为疗效好,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablet in the treatment of schizophrenic patients with aggressive behavior.Method:70 schizphrenic patients with aggressive behavior were randomly divided into two groups,aripiprazole combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablet group(combined group,n=35) and aripiprazole group(single group,n=35) for 6 weeks treatment.The efficacy and the safety were evaluated with positive and negative syndrome scales(PANSS),modified overt aggression scale(MOAS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:The total scores of PANSS and the scores of MOAS in both group after treatment were all significantly lower than those in baseline(P<0.01),the total and positive syndrome scores of PANSS and MOAS in combined group was significantly lower than single group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablet had better efficacy and less side effect in the treatment of schizophrenic patients with aggressive behavior.更多还原
