【摘要】 目的:探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片联合抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症暴力攻击行为疗效及安全性。方法:将64例有暴力攻击行为的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,丙戊酸镁缓释片联合抗精神病药组(合用组)32例,单用抗精神病药组(单用组)32例治疗4周。采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定。结果:治疗1周联用药组较单用组的MOAS评分显著降低(P<0.01),疗效显著而快,不良反应少。结论:丙戊酸镁缓释片联合抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症暴力攻击行为起效快,疗效好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and antipsychotic drug in treating patients with schizophrenia and violent aggressive behavior. Method:Sixty four schizophrenic patients with violent aggressive behavior were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty two cases were in the group of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and antipsychotic drug(joint treatment group) and 32 cases were in the group of single antipsychotic drug(single drug group).Brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),modified overt aggression scale(MOAS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) were used to discuss treatment effect and adverse reaction of 4 weeks. Results:The score of MOAS of joint treatment group is significantly lower than that of single drug group after 1 week treament.Treatment effect was significant and rapid in joint treatment group with less side effects. Conclusion:It is rapid and effective of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and antipsychotic drug in treating schizophrenic patients with violent aggressive behavior.更多还原
