汽蒸预处理对速生杨干燥速度的影响
Effect of Steaming Treatment on Drying Rate of Fast-growing Poplar
【摘要】 对速生杨板材进行汽蒸预处理,分别用70℃和95℃温度,进行2、4h和6h的汽蒸预处理试验,并对汽蒸预处理前后板材的干燥速度以及板材的气体渗透性进行了测量和比较,得出汽蒸预处理后板材的干燥速度比处理前的快,原因是由于汽蒸预处理后板材的渗透性有显著的提高。
【Abstract】 The fast-growing poplar sample is steaming treated at temperature of 70℃and 95℃for 2h,4h and 6h respectively,and the drying rate and the permeability of the steaming treated and untreated poplar sample are measured.Result shows:the drying rate of the steaming treated poplar samples is higher than that of the untreated ones,for the gas permeability of sample has an evident improvement after being streaming treated.
