多向性张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床探讨

【摘要】 <正>2005年2月~2008年6月,我们采用多向性张力带固定方法治疗闭合性髌骨粉碎性骨折84例,经随访疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组86例,男46例,女38例,年龄22~66岁。左侧45例,右侧41例,均为新鲜闭合性骨折。1.2手术方法连续硬膜外麻醉。髌
