【摘要】 目的测量正常胰腺在(MSCT)冠状面上的长度值,为胰腺MSCT灌注方法的选择提供依据。资料与方法搜集282例(胰腺正常)行MSCT上腹部平扫+双期增强扫描患者资料,依据患者性别、年龄随机分成4组。对所有患者在MSCT工作站上横断位、冠状位及矢状位上界定胰腺的上下缘,测量出胰腺冠状面长度值,并对4组间结果行统计学分析。结果胰腺的最上缘因形态不同可为胰头、胰体或胰尾,其最下缘多为钩突。胰腺在冠状面上长度值为4.3～12.0 cm,长度均值为(8.6064±1.2012)cm,与患者的性别、年龄有关。男性略长于女性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随年龄的增长,胰腺冠状面长度有所减少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胰腺冠状面长度进行界定、测量,可为胰腺疾病的灌注扫描提供重要的参照依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the length of normal pancreas on multi-spiral CT(MSCT)coronal section,and to provide reference for the selection of MSCT pancreas perfusion.Materials and Methods Two hundred and eighty two cases of normal pancreas underwent the upper abdominal MSCT scan.All cases were divided into four groups according to sex and age.The length of pancreas on coronal section were measured on the MSCT workstation,and the results were compared in 4 groups with statistical t test.Results The upper boundary of pancreas could be the head,the body or the tail of pancreas according to varying type of pancreas.The lower boundary of pancreas was almost uncinate process.The length of pancreas on coronal section ranged from 4.3cm to 12.0cm,and the mean value was(8.6064±1.2012) cm,which correlates with sex and age.The length of male was longer than that of female(P>0.05),the length decreased with the age increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Length measurement of pancreas provide reference for the selection of MSCT pancreas perfusion.更多还原
