【摘要】 目的探讨不同年龄组、不同乳腺分型与乳腺癌的相关性。资料与方法搜集3313例行乳腺钼靶检查患者的影像资料,其中乳腺癌159例。根据乳腺腺体结构将乳腺分为致密型、腺纤维型及脂肪型,按年龄分成3组:≤35岁组、36～59岁组和≥60岁组。统计各年龄组与乳腺分型、乳腺分型与乳腺癌之间的关系。结果≤35岁女性乳腺以致密型和腺纤维型为主,占94.89%;36～59岁组以腺纤维型乳腺为主,占66.80%;≥60岁组以脂肪型为主,占66.18%。随年龄增长腺体成分呈逐渐减少的趋势,且不同年龄组间乳腺分型差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同年龄组间比较,36～59岁组患乳腺癌的比例最高,占8.45%,≤35岁组患乳腺癌的比例最低,占0.81%。不同乳腺分型和不同年龄组与乳腺癌X线分型比较,差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。假阴性结果多出现在致密型和腺纤维型乳腺,乳腺癌X线分型以肿块型和结构紊乱型乳腺癌为主。结论乳腺X线检查在不同年龄组间的分型存在差异,36～59岁是乳腺癌的高发年龄。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of different age groups,mammo classifications with breast cancer.Materials and Methods The mammography images of 3313 cases were selected,in which 159 cases were breast cancers.According to mammary gland structures,the breasts were divided into density type,gland fiber type and fat type.According to the age,the patients were divided into three groups,including ≤35 years old group,36-59 years old group and >59 years old group.The relationships of breast cancer with age and mammary gland type were analyzed statistically.Results 94.89% of women with dense type and gland fiber type were under 35 years old.66.80% of gland fiber type were in 36-59 years old group,and 66.18% of fat type were above 60 years old.The gland structures were diminished along with the age,and there was significant difference of mammay gland types between different age groups.In different age groups,36 to 59 years old group had the highest percentage of breast cancer,about 8.45%,and under 35 years old group had lowest,about 0.81%.Different mammary gland type and different age had no relationship with cancer classifications.A false negative result appeared more common in the density type and gland fiber type of mammary gland.Conclusion There is difference of mammay gland types between different age groups.The age between 36-59 years old were the most high risk age.更多还原
