【摘要】 目的评价MRI在检测高血压患者主动脉顺应性中的作用。资料与方法对43例高血压患者和31名正常志愿者进行升主动脉起始部和腹主动脉远端MR电影扫描,测量收缩压、舒张压及管径的变化,并计算主动脉顺应性各种相关参数。结果高血压组较正常对照组主动脉压力应变弹性系数(Eρ)、非压力相关硬化指数(β)值增高,动脉搏动幅度(△D)、动脉顺应分数(α)值降低;在高血压组中,△D、α与收缩压呈负相关,与Eρ、β呈正相关。结论 MRI可作为检测高血压主动脉顺应性的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the aorta’s compliance of essential hypertension by MRI.Materials and Meth-ods 43 patients with essential hypertension and 31 normal volunteers were performed cine-MR of the beginning part of the ascending aorta and distal abodominal aorta.We got DBP,SBP,diameter,and deduced various parameters about compliance.Results The values of Eρ and β of essential hypertension group were higher than those of control group,the values of △D and α of essential hypertension group were lower than those of control group.The values of △D、α of hypertension group were negatively correlated with SBP,and the values of Eρ、β were positively correlated with SBP.Conclusion MRI can be used as a better method to detect aortic compliance.更多还原
