【摘要】 目的探讨肺部炎性假瘤的临床特点、诊断和外科治疗效果。方法对70例外科手术治疗肺部炎性假瘤患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 70例手术治疗,术后病理均证实为炎性假瘤。1例因术后胸液多再次手术,1例切口感染,均痊愈出院。楔形切除患者术后有4例在同肺叶复发,再次行肺叶切除,2例恶变伴远处转移死亡。结论肺部炎性假瘤在临床症状和影像学上与肺癌鉴别困难,对肺部占位性病变宜积极手术治疗,外科手术切除预后良好。手术以局部肺切除和肺叶切除为主。肺部炎性假瘤存在复发、恶变可能,术后须加强随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the " pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor clinical characteristics,diagnosis and surgical treatment effect.Methods 70 cases of surgical treatment of patients with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 70 cases,surgery is confirmed for postoperative pathology of inflammatory pseudotumor.1 case was operated upon again because of too much pleural effusion after surgery;1 case was affected with incision infection.all of which are cured.lobectomy were performed in 4 recurrence in the same lobe of Wedge resection.2 patients died for malignant with distant metastasis.Conclusion Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor in clinical symptoms and imaging are hard to identify with lung cancers.For lung lesions,active surgical treatments are expected to bring in good results.Local lobectomy and lobectomy are mainly carried out.Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor recurrence and malignant transformation may exist,postoperative follow-up should be strengthened.更多还原
