【摘要】 目的探讨心包内处理血管肺切除术治疗中央型肺癌的临床价值。方法对无法采用常规肺切除而准备放弃手术的62例中央型肺癌患者施行心包内处理血管肺切除术。结果全部成功手术切除肺癌。无围手术期死亡。主要并发症发生率15例(24.19%),1,3,5年生存率分别为44例(70.97%)、21例(33.87%)和10例(16.13%)。结论心包内处理血管肺切除术治疗中央型肺癌是安全有效的方法,扩大了肺癌的切除指征,提高了根治性切除率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of pneumonectomy with intrapericardial management of blood vessels in treatment of central type lung cancer.Methods 62 central type carcinoma patients who couldn′t undergo standard pneumonectomy received pneumonectomy with intrapericardial management of blood vessels.Results 62 patients were all operated successfully,and no one had perioperative death.The major complication rate was 24.19%(15/62),one-year,three-year and five-year survival rate were 70.97%(44/62),33.87%(21/62)and 16.13%(10/62)respectively.Conclusions Pneumonectomy with intrapericardial management of blood vessels was a safe and effective method in treatment of central type lung cancer.It expanded the operative indications for lung cancer and improved radical resection rate.更多还原
