【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)在急性下肢深静脉血栓形成诊断中的应用价值及限制因素。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪对52例疑有急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行检查,并与数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果进行比较。结果 CDUS观察49条下肢深静脉血栓形成部位与DSA结果相符,诊断符合率96%,行一致性检验的Kappa值为0.73(>0.65)。结论 CDUS具有无创、实时、安全可靠的特点,是诊断急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的较为理想的方法。对CDUS结果阴性患者需动态观察、定期超声复查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs,and to analyze the limited facotrs.Methods Fifty-two patients with suspected acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,then the results were compared with those of digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Results The results of acute deep vein thrombosis in 49 lower limbs by CDUS were coincident with those by DSA,the accuracy was 96%,Kappa value was 0.73 by uniformity test(>0.65).Conclusion CDUS has the characteristics of non-invasion,real-time,safety and reliability,and it is an effective method in diagnosis of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.When CDUS results are negative,patients need dynamical observation and regular ultrasonic re-examination.更多还原
