【摘要】 目前我国旅游管理专业本科教育萎缩、行业就业率低的现象十分突出,在传统的人才培养模式体制下,重理论、轻实践,实践教学模式滞后等是造成这一现象的重要原因。提出对基于地方服务型教育体系的旅游管理专业实践教学模式的构建为:以地方旅游人才需求为导向的培养目标,理论与实践并重的教学体系,顶岗实习与"3+1"(理论+实践)学制,灵活多样的毕业设计考核制度,"双证"人才培养制度,"订单式"人才培养模式,"双师型"师资队伍建设,"双导师"制等。更多还原
