【Abstract】 The frequent renew of online public opinions on current emergencies is closely associated with the active surfers such as new economic and sci-tech workers,media workers,idlers,Internet public relations community and college students.The paper tries to survey the latest trend of online opinions and note the effects of new network devices on the opinions spreading speed,scope and influence.It thus suggests that countermeasures be taken to facilitate warning and guidance of online public opinions,as well as the application of new network technology,etc.更多还原
