连铸含铝钢中Al2O3夹杂物形态控制探讨

【摘要】 水口结瘤是连铸含铝钢面临的主要问题之一。针对连铸含铝钢钢水可浇性问题,首先分析了传统含铝钢中Al2O3夹杂形态控制的钙处理技术。在热力学计算的基础上,提出了高铝钢中夹杂物控制思路,认为采用转炉渣洗和合适的精炼渣而不用钙处理能保证钢水的可浇性。

【Abstract】 Nozzle blockage is the main problem during continuous casting of Al-containing steel.Aiming at the castability of molten steel,Calcium treatment technology used for shape control of Al2O3 inclusion in secondary refining of Al-containing steel was analyzed.Base on the thermodynamics calculation,Methodology of inclusion control for high aluminum steel was put forward,and Al2O3 with high melting point can be changed to spherical calcium aluminates inclusion with low melting point through slag infiltration during the converter tapping and appropriate refining slag instead of conventional calcium wire feeding process.
