CSP浇注高铝钢水口堵塞研究

【摘要】 通过对某厂BOF—LF—RH—CSP工艺生产低碳高铝钢(Al的质量分数0.3%~0.4%)的水口堵塞现象进行研究,指出造成水口堵塞的重要原因在于Ca处理使钢中生成大量CaS夹杂物以及钢水过热度波动较大。通过改进工艺,使CSP连浇炉数从5炉提高到8炉及以上,提高了生产率。

【Abstract】 The phenomenon that one CSP factory casted the low-carb and high-Al steels with the The Clogging of Submerged-entry Nozzles was studied。The samples from the clogging contained a lot of CaS.Ca treatment and the unstable superheat were tahe major reason about the clogging.After using the improvement measures,the amount of continuous casting furnace has increased from 5 to 8 and above,productivity was Greatly improved.
