【摘要】 区域创新是当前理论界的研究热点,学者们往往从产业、制度、文化和过程等方面研究区域创新行为,对创新资源的集聚和演化规律则缺乏足够的关注。本文整合几个主要学派的观点,以浙江省为例研究创新资源集聚的主导因素及创新资源禀赋对地区创新能力的影响。通过时间序列因子分析,本文发现:1.人力资源因子和物质资源因子是浙江创新资源集聚的主导因素;2.浙江省创新资源投入的增加会带来本地区科技创新能力的改善;3.浙江省创新活动正在经历由政府主导向市场主导的转变。基于上述结论,本文认为浙江省应当注重创新资源的投入和培养,遵循创新的市场化规律,以企业为主体,增强企业和高校的创新合作,优化地区创新资源配置,使创新成为浙江经济发展的不竭动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional innovation is a hotspot of current theoretical research.However,scholars usually do research from the perspectives of industry,institution,culture,and process and pay less attention to the innovation resource integration or evolution.The theories of major schools are consolidated,and the dominant factors of innovation resource integration and the effects of innovation resource endowment on regional innovation capabilities are explored.With the time series factor analysis,following results are found out 1.Human resource factor and physical input factors are the dominant factors of Zhejiang province innovation resources integration;2.The increment of input in Zhejiang province innovation resource could improve its regional innovative capacities;3.The innovative activities are witnessing its structural change from government oriented to market driven.Based on these findings,it is suggested that cultivating innovation resource,following the market driven trend in innovation,relying on innovative enterprises,enhancing the cooperation between enterprises and universities,optimizing innovation resource integration should become the focus for the policy makers,so as to make innovation the everlasting engine for Zhejiang province economic development.更多还原
