【摘要】 作为一个新的学科方向,供应链质量管理的快速发展和不断创新要求对其领域有更系统的了解。在分析传统质量管理与供应链管理理论面临挑战的基础上,对供应链质量管理的内涵进行了探究和重新界定,并从战略和领导、流程集成与管理、交流和伙伴关系及最佳实践等方面分析了供应链质量管理的理论基础。基于合作和非合作两种情形对供应链最优质量策略和合同设计进行重点探讨,并构建了供应链质量控制与协调分析框架,最后从流程导向和重组、供应链质量管理模型和方法、供应链质量绩效评价和供应链质量保证方面提出了未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new discipline direction,supply chain quality management develops very rapidly in these years,which demands system understanding about it’s area.Traditional quality management and supply chain management theory are facing new challenges.Firstly this paper discusses and re-defines the inherence of supply chain quality management.Secondly the theory background is analysized from strategy & leadership,process integration & management,communication & partnership and best practice.Then optimum quality strategy and contract design of supply chain are put more emphasis and infrastructure of supply chain quality control and coordination is constructed,finally future research directions are pointed out from process oriented and reengineering,supply chain quality management models and methods,performance measurement of supply chain quality and supply chain quality insurance.更多还原
