【Abstract】 Promotion of entrepreneurial activities and achievement of new venture growth healthy have become focusing activities by academic authors,industry and government.This paper analyzed the idiosyncrasy of new enterprises growth adaptability and changes,put forward a new venture growth supporting model based on entrepreneurial learning and dynamic capabilities,and explain the level relationships and mechanisms between them by further.Finally,proposed mechanism model was validated by empirical analysis,which provided theoretical basis and evidence for new venture growth by use of entrepreneurial learning and dynamic ability.更多还原
