【摘要】 在孵化器与创投合作过程中,孵化器比创投拥有更多的被孵化企业相关信息。根据这种信息不对称的情况,利用博弈理论,对不同合作类型下的管理成本与信息租进行了比较分析。研究表明,较之于外部合作,内部合作时孵化器与创投的管理成本相对较高,而创业企业的信息租相对较低。针对这种情况,提出了浮动的项目报酬比例和信息共享奖励的激励措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the cooperation between business incubator and venture capital,incubators have more information of the tenant than the venture capital.According to the information asymmetry,a comparative analysis was conducted on the information rent and management cost among the different types of cooperation,based on Game theory.The results showed that,compared to external cooperation,the management cost of the business incubator and venture capital were relatively more,while the information rents of tenant was relatively low within internal cooperation.For this situation,the floating proportion of project benefits and compensation of information-sharing were proposed as incentives.更多还原
