【摘要】 目的:分析胃动脉栓塞灌注治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效。方法:分析30例中晚期胃癌患者胃动脉灌注化疗后的结果。包括胃动脉造影表现,临床疗效,胃动脉栓塞灌注治疗后的临床表现等。结果:随机选中30例患者一年的生存率为22.4%,有效率44%。黑便、贫血等症状得到有效控制。3年的生存率为11%。结论:中晚期胃癌做胃动脉灌注化疗治疗,是比较有疗效的一种治疗方法,能有效提高患者的一年存活率,并且能提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of advanced gastric carcinoma treated by interventional therapy.Methods:We analyzed the image of gastric artery angiography,clinical effect,reactivity after chemotherapy and two-side test of 30 advanced gastric carcinoma patients who received selective gastric artery chemoinfusion.Results:The one-year survival and response rates of 30 cases were 22.4% and 44%.Abdominal pain,weight-loss,anaemia and tarry stool were under control.But 3-year survival rate was about 11%.Conclusion: Gastric artery chemoinfusion of advanced gastric carcinoma is feasible and effective,which can prolong and promote patient’ life.更多还原
