【摘要】 目的:探讨5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:以随机分配原则将扁平疣患者分为两组,联合组32例,接受5%咪喹莫特乳膏、0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶联合治疗;对照组3 l例接受单纯0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗,疗程8周。根据观察疣体数目变化,评判疗效。结果:同时使用5%咪喹莫特乳膏和0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶联合组有效率明显高于单纯使用的0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶的对照组(P<0.05)。结论:5%咪喹莫特乳膏和0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶联合治疗扁平疣安全有效,且疗效优于单纯应用0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and Safety of 5% Imiquimod and 0.05% Tazarotene Gel in the treatment of verruca Plana.Methods:The patients of verruca Plana were devided into two groups randomly,32 cases of treatment group and 31 control group.The treatment group were cured with Imiquimod and Tazarotene Gel,the control group were treated single Tazarotene Gel.for 8 weeks.Based on the number change of verruca Plana the results of treatment were observed.Results:The curative effect of treatment group was significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy of Imiquimod and Tazarotene is a effective and safe in treating verruca Plana,and the Therapeutic effect was better than a single Tazarotene.更多还原
