基于Agent的抽油机井智能巡检系统研究

【摘要】 建立了一种基于Agent的智能巡检系统,该系统由传感器、巡检仪和计算机管理软件三部分组成,能对需要周期性巡回检查的油井实施有效的管理,还能对巡检人员进行有效的监督,是针对油田需求而设计的。详细介绍了各部分的结构和功能。其优点是设计合理,实现了电流、井口压力一体化检测,且小巧机动灵活便于携带。同时,上位机通过对抽油机电流的采集生成示功图,对抽油机井进行智能分析。该系统减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,实现了测量数据的自动化管理。

【Abstract】 A agent based intelligent inspection system is presented.System consists of recognition,instruments and management of computer devices composed of three parts.The systerm can not only tour on the need to periodically check the implementation of effective management of the oil wells,but also of the inspection staff and effective supervision is designed for oil demand.The functions and the various parts of the structure are described.The benefits are designed to achieve the current wellhead pressure integration testing,and small and flexible and portable.Meanwhile,the host computer is collected by pumping current and generate the indicator diagram,intelligent analysis of the pumping wells.The system reduces the operator’s labor intensity and improves working efficiency and the automation of measurement data management.
