催化裂化装置的风险评估(RBI)与检验验证

【摘要】 通过对炼油厂催化裂化装置失效机理进行深入分析,采用挪威船级社开发的ORBIT ONSHORE软件对该装置进行定量RBI分析。通过风险分析结果对下次全面检验计划进行指导。并且根据全面检验整体情况与风险评估结果进行了对比验证。结果表明,RBI评估结果与检验结果基本吻合,而对应力腐蚀开裂的评估略显保守。所以该评估结果整体上能够反映装置风险水平。

【Abstract】 Through the deep analysis of the failure mechanism of the fluid catalytic cracking(FCCU) unit coming from the refinery,the risk based inspection(RBI) results was quantitatively analyzed in ORBIT ONSHORE developed by the DNV,and the results was used to guide the next full inspection.The RBI results are similar with the results of the full inspection according to their contrast,but assessing the stress corrosion cracking is a little conservative.So the RBI method can reflect the real risk of the devices on the whole.
