涡轮机减速系统的结构优化及非线性动力分析
Nonlinear Dynamics Analysis and Optimal Design of Turbine Reduction System
【摘要】 基于某水下航行器的工作特性,运用结构与空间布局相耦合的方法,并结合多目标遗传算法对其涡轮机减速系统实现优化设计,改善传统减速系统的结构特性。同时,考虑时变啮合刚度、齿轮综合误差、齿侧间隙、阻尼、外激励等参数,建立该减速系统的非线性动力学模型,对其进行动态响应分析,为保证系统的动态分流均衡性和工作可靠性提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the working characteristic of a certain type of underwater vehicles,the turbine reduction system can be optimized in design by the method of coupling structure and spatial layout and the multi-objective genetic algorithm,then it would be better than the traditional reduction system in structural characteristics.Meanwhile,nonlinear dynamic model containing parameters such as time varying mesh stiffness and gear transmission error and gear backlash and damping and excitation,will be built for dynamic responses analysis,then the result can be useful for ensuring the dynamic shunt proportional and functional reliability.
