【摘要】 阐述了机械产品造型设计中引入人文因素的作用,并在不改变游梁抽油机工作性能的前提下,运用人文因素对常规抽油机驴头、游梁和支架进行外观造型改进,运用工业产品造型方法中的仿生设计方法设计出具有象征意义的新造型。对改进后的抽油机进行了动力学和有限元分析验证了其安全性和实用性。最后用三维软件3D完成了效果图的制作工作,实现了抽油机造型的情感化设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The role of hunanism factors in the appearance design of mechanical products and the appearances of the beam,horse and stent of conventional beam pumping unit are improved and designed on the premise that the performance of the pumping unit is ensured not to changed with the the culture elements of the hunanism factors,the bionic design method of modern industrial product design being applied.The dynamic analysis and finite element analysis are conducted for the improved units to verify the practical prefromance and security.In the end,three-dimension effect picture of the pumping unit is finished,and the hunanism design of the appearance of mechanical products is achieved.更多还原
