【Abstract】 The volatile oil gas during storage,transportation and sales process has not only brought serious waste of energy,but also environmental pollution and health damage.Therefore,oil control is the comprehensive to save energy,environmental protection and security.The volatile process of stripes has been analysed,the calculation methods of volatile oil gas at home and abroad are introduced and compared.And the volatile oil gas accounting and economic efficiency estimation for a 10 million-ton oil refinery has ben done.更多还原
