【摘要】 在我国的技术转移活动中,政府扮演的角色由主导者转变为引导者,再转变为今天的促进者。政府的角色变换过程表明技术转移活动的愈加成熟。但是,在转换过程中,政府的职能必须更加优化,以便能够更加有力的促进技术转移活动。在技术转移实践中,建立技术转移法律体系,完善技术转移法制环境,加大技术转移政策扶持力度,加强技术转移政策操作性,搭建技术转移服务平台,促进技术转移服务业发展。更多还原
