【摘要】 高新技术产业化是高新技术融入先进制造业的重要路径。针对目前推进高新技术产业化的政策难以惠及早期产业化项目的现状,运用特尔菲专家咨询法(Del-phimethod)和层次分析法(AHP)构建一个适用于企业初创期后期向成长期早期过渡阶段的"可产业化的高新技术成果评价体系"。与现行评价系统相比,本评价体系以市场为导向,注重对高新技术成果进行产业化所需要的条件和产业化的前景进行可操作性的预判,从而为政府部门及早给予企业政策支持提供选择依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-tech industrialization is an important path of high-tech blending in with advanced manufacturing industry.For the current situation that high-tech industrialization policies are difficult to reach the early industrialization projects,the authors use Delphi method and AHP to build a system to evaluate whether high-tech achievements can be industrialized,which is available for the enterprises in the stage from late start-up period to early growth period.Compared with existing evaluation systems,this system is market-oriented,and focuses on doing operational prediction for the industrialization conditions and prospects of high-tech achievements,so as to provide selecting basis for the government to give policy support to enterprises as early as possible.更多还原
