CDIO教育模式下应用型本科院校“双师型”教师培养的关键因素
Key factors for double qualification teacher’s training of application-oriented institutes in CDIO education mode
【摘要】 随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育转型,要求高等教育向多元化的办学模式、多层次的人才培养模式发展。CDIO工程教育模式是近年来国际工程教育改革的最新成果,教师作为学校的中坚力量,在改革中扮演着重要的角色。从CDIO标准出发,分析CDIO工程教育模式对教师提出的要求,论述目前应用型本科院校中"双师型"教师培养过程中存在的问题,探讨了CDIO教育模式下教师成为"双师型"需要的若干关键因素,并指出建设"双师型"专业师资队伍已经并在今后一段时间内将成为我国应用型本科师资队伍建设的基本方向。
【Abstract】 With the transformation of higher education in our country from mass education to elite education,it requires that higher education develop to the direction of modernized running mode and multi-level personnel training mode.CDIO engineering education mode is the newest achievement of international engineering education reform in recent years.As the core force,teacher plays an important roll in the reform.Based on CDIO standard,the article analyzes the requirements for teachers in CDIO engineering education mode.The problems existing in the training of double qualification teacher in application-oriented institutes are discussed.The key factors required for teachers who want to be double qualification teacher are studied.The article pointes that to build a double qualification type teachers staff will be a direction of application-oriented institutes for the future.
