【Abstract】 This paper analyses the problems in safety pre-evaluation report of thermal power plant,including the basic parameters,the schematic diagram of production process and the identification of major hazards.On this basis,the paper puts forward the recommendations for providing the guidance in the preparation of the report,so it can provide better countermeasures and suggestions for the preliminary design.更多还原
