带式输送机压陷变形仿真研究
Simulation study on compressive deformation of belt conveyors
【摘要】 运用三参数线性标准固体模型的微分本构方程来描述输送带下覆盖层材料的粘弹性,建立了输送带接触区域边界节点位移与应力的关系,从而得到粘弹性边界元柔度矩阵,在此基础上,提出了一种新的压陷阻力的仿真分析数值计算方法。算例实现了对输送带下覆盖层的法向应力仿真分析,并对输送带速度和覆盖层厚度对压陷阻力的影响进行了仿真研究。
【Abstract】 The differential constitutive equation of standard three-parametered linear solid model is used to describe the viscoelasticity of covering under the conveying belt,and the relationship between displacement and stress of boundary nodes in contact areas of the conveying belt is established.Thus,the flexibility matrix of the viscoelasticity boundary element is obtained.On the basis of which,a new numerical analytical algorithms is proposed to simulate the compressive deformation.Meanwhile,an example is given to show the simulation and analysis on the normal stress of the covering under the conveying belt,and the influence of belt velocity and covering thickness on the compressive resistance is simulated and studied.
