砂土铣刨收集试验装置的性能研究及参数优化

【摘要】 由于应用背景和要求的特殊性,目前,对污染地表砂土的切削、收集仍是个新问题。对砂土的一次收净率是评价污染砂土收集机械优劣的一个重要指标。为进一步研究砂土的铣刨收集机理并优化收集工艺参数,笔者通过构建砂土模拟收集试验台,应用正交试验方法,对试验装置在模拟砂土试验条件下进行铣刨收集试验,测定了试验装置对砂土的收集率和铣刨扭矩。通过对试验结果的分析,找出了对砂土收集率和铣刨扭矩影响的主要因素及其最佳组合,为以后铣刨装置的优化设计及提高砂土收集率研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Due to the particularity of cutting and collecting contaminated surface gravel soil in its application background and requirements, it is still an issue need to solve. The first collecting rate is one of the important indexes to evaluate the performance of the machinery for removing contaminated gravel soil. To further study the mechanism of cutting and collecting gravel soil and optimize the collecting parameters, an experimental system of simulating gravel soil collection is built. In addition, the orthogonal experiment method is applied to carry out gravel soil collecting experiments with the experimental system in the mode of simulative gravel soil, and the gravel soil collecting rate and cutting torque of the experimental system is obtained. After analysing the range and variance of the experimental results, the primary and secondary factors influencing the gravel soil collecting rate and cutting torque as well as their optimal combination are identified, which lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization design of the cutting device and the improvement of the gravel soil collecting rate.
