高压小射流破煤力学分析及防突机理研究
Dynamical analysis of coal fracturing with high-pressure mini-jet and study on outburst prevention mechanism
【摘要】 运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟分析高压小射流冲击破碎煤体的力学过程,并研究其防治突出机理,验证了高压小射流在工作面煤体中形成超前槽洞,促使煤体暴露面积增大,煤层内部卸压,为瓦斯释放和瓦斯流动创造了条件。此外,在地应力的作用下,槽孔周围的煤体会向槽孔空间移动,进一步扩大槽孔卸压与瓦斯排放的范围,从而消除控制范围内煤体的突出潜能。
【Abstract】 The paper simulates and analyses the dynamical course of coal fracturing with high-pressure mini-jet by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. In addition, it studies the outburst prevention mechanism, which verifies that ahead holes forms on coal of working faces due to high-pressure mini-jet, thus the coal exposing areas increase and the pressure inside coal beds relieves, so as to create conditions for gas relief and flow. Moreover, with the action of ground stress, the coal around holes move into the holes, thus the pressure in holes further relieves and the gas discharging scope further enlarges, which is helpful to decrease the outburst potential.
