新型软启动回柱绞车的动力学分析
Dynamic analysis of new-type soft start prop-pulling winches
【摘要】 为了改善电动机启动时电流过大对电网和设备的冲击,提出软启动方案,实现传动系统的平稳启动。对回柱绞车传动系统进行了简化并建立数学模型,给定负载启动曲线得出了大内齿圈的动态控制力矩,进而提出优化方案,在Simulink中建立传递函数,仿真得到优化后的大内齿圈力矩控制曲线。结果表明,先将大内齿圈制动力矩增大到一定值,然后适度减少,最后趋于稳定,负载可以平稳启动。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the impact of the huge current on power grids and equipments during the motor start-up,soft start is proposed so as to realize the steady start-up of transmission systems.After simplifying the transmission system,the mathematical model is established,and the dynamic braking torque of the big ring gear is obtained by using the given curve of start-up with loadings.Then,the optimization scheme is offered,in which the system transfer function is established with Simulink,finally the braking torque curve of optimized big ring gear is obtained.The results show that the transmission system realizes steady start-up after the braking torque of the big ring gear increases to a certain value,then reduces appropriately,finally tends to stabilization.
