减速器大齿圈34CrNi3Mo调质锻钢补焊工艺

【摘要】 针对250 t转炉减速器大齿圈34CrNi3Mo调质钢出现的缺陷,根据产品结构特点分析了34CrNi3Mo调质钢的焊接性,选择了合理的补焊工艺措施,使用J857CrNi焊条手工电弧焊,采用局部预热方式等工艺措施对大齿圈进行补焊。结果表明,焊缝区没有裂纹,产品尺寸及焊缝区硬度均满足产品要求。

【Abstract】 In view of defects on 34CrNi3Mo quenched and tempered forged steel for making the reducer ring gear of 250t converter and according to structural features of the ring gear,the paper analyses the weldability of 34CrNi3Mo quenched and tempered forged steel,and selects reasonable repair welding technology.During welding process,J857CrNi shielded metal arc welding is carried out,and local preheating is taken to welding repair the ring gear.The results show that there are no cracks and dimension deformation within welding zones,and the hardness of welding zones meets the requirements of the ring gear.
