【摘要】 目的:介绍一种改善前牙区软硬组织缺损种植美学效果的新方法。方法:12例上颌前牙缺失的患者采用种植义齿修复时,因种植区软硬不足,患者存在有基台金属色外露、角度偏差太大、义齿牙冠过长和龈乳头缺失等问题影响种植义齿的美学效果,作者在常规可铸金属基台表面复合铸造陶瓷制作个性化基台并完成铸造全瓷外冠,改善牙颈部"透黑"现象,3例在其基台穿龈部采用龈瓷修复缺失的牙龈乳头,种植义齿的牙冠及牙周组织的解剖学形态得到很好的再现。结果:经过3个月至2年的随访观查,18件个性化复合铸瓷基台修复体在观察期内无一例破损,牙龈健康,未见牙龈继续退缩与种植体周围炎的发生,个性化铸瓷复合基台和铸造全瓷冠理想地纠正了上述患者种植义齿的美学缺陷。结论:个性化铸瓷复合基台制作简单、经济实用、方法可行,可有效地改善软硬组织不足患者上颌前牙区种植义齿修复后的美学与功能,远期效果需进一步跟踪观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of implant-supported magnet-retained overdenture.Methods: From August 2000 to March 2010,24 cases which were inserted 57 implants underwent implant-supported magnet-retained overdenture.These cases included 6 jaw bone defects which were inserted 15 implants and 18 edentulous jaws which were inserted 42 implants.The follow-up time was from 6 months to 98 months.Clinical and X-ray examination were conducted.Results: The 53 implants achieved successful and permanent Osseointegration.The overdentures were retentive,stable and functioned effectively.Patients were satisfied with the treatment.Conclusions: Implant-supported magnet-retained overdenture is a reliable method.更多还原
