核因子-κΒ在不同时期糖尿病大鼠模型颌下腺表达的研究

【摘要】 目的:观察NF-κB在不同时期糖尿病大鼠模型颌下腺中的表达,探讨NF-κB在糖尿病及其并发症中的作用机制。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠32只随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组于成模后的4、8、12周时测量体重和血糖,并取下颌下腺组织做HE染色观察,用免疫组化方法检测NF-κΒ表达变化,计算机图像分析统测平均光吸收度值。结果:NF-κΒ在正常颌下腺中有少量表达;糖尿病时,NF-κB被激活,随月龄增大表达呈增强趋势。结论:NF-κB可能参与调控糖尿病时颌下腺的萎缩和功能受损。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expression of nuclear factor-κΒ in different periods diabetic rats’ submandibular gland model,and to explore the mechanism about NF-κB in diabetes and its complication.Methods: Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was respectively measured weight and blood sugar after 4,8,12 weeks,and submandibular gland was removed to do HE dyeing and observating.We used immunohistochemistry to detect the change of NF-κΒ espression and computer image analysis software to measure average light density values.Results: NF-κΒ in normal submandibular gland had few expression.In diabetic patients,NF-κΒ was activated.With the increasing of months,the expression trends to increase.Conclusion: NF-κ B may be involved in regulating atrophy and dysfunction of submandibular gland diabetes.
