【摘要】 目的:探讨颌下腺部分切除术在颌下腺良性肿瘤外科治疗中的价值。方法:52例颌下腺良性肿瘤患者,随机平均分为两组,A组和B组。A组接受肿瘤+瘤周部分颌下腺腺体切除术(颌下腺部分切除术),B组为对照组,接受常规肿瘤+颌下腺切除术。术后观察两组切口愈合及面神经下颌缘支、舌神经、舌下神经损伤情况,随访评价涎瘘发生率、肿瘤复发率及术区凹陷度,进行两组的对照分析。结果:两组术后切口均Ⅰ/甲愈合,涎瘘发生率及肿瘤复发率差异无统计学意义。结论:颌下腺部分切除术保留了部分颌下腺组织,从而最大限度地保留了颌下腺的外分泌及内分泌功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of submandibular gland partial resection in treating submandibular gland benign tumor.Methods:52 cases of submandibular gland benign tumor were divided into two groups averagely and randomly.Group A accepted the resection of the tumour and partial submandibular gland surrounding the tumor(submandibular gland partial resection).Group B was a control group,accepting the routine resection of the tumour and submandibular gland.We observed the situation of the wound healing and the injury of the marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve,the lingual nerve and the hypoglossal nerve in the two groups after surgery.Then we evaluated the incidence of salivary fistula,tumour recurrence and the degree of the operation region hollow during follow-up.Results:The incisions of the two groups healed by first class after surgery.There was no statistics significance about the rate of saliva fistula occurrence and tumour relapse.Conclusion:Submandibular gland partial resection reserves partial submandibular gland organization,which reserves exocrine and endocrine functions of submandibular gland to the best extertion degree.更多还原
