【摘要】 目的:比较美松糊剂和传统的氧化锌丁香油糊剂(ZOE)根充后的效果。方法:选择96位病人双侧均有牙髓病变的牙齿192颗,且两侧病牙为相对应的牙齿或为相对应牙齿的邻牙,采用自身对照的方法,在根管充填时,一侧牙齿用美松糊剂加牙胶尖充填,另一侧用ZOE加牙胶尖充填根管,通过观察根充术后牙齿疼痛情况及持续时间来比较两组的根充效果。结果:美松糊剂组术后轻、中和重度疼痛的牙齿分别为85、10、1颗,而ZOE组分别为34、50、12颗,两组经χ2检验,P<0.05;术后疼痛时间3、5、7d以内的美松糊剂组牙齿分别为91、5、0颗,而ZOE组分别为37、43、16颗,两组比较,亦为P<0.05。结论:美松糊剂根充的效果要明显优于ZOE。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the prognosis of root canal filling with Endomethasone ivory and traditional zinc oxide eugenol paste(ZOE).Methods:96 cases with dental pulp diseases of bilateral molars were involved.They were all received root canal treatment.In the procedure of filling,gutta-percha with Endomethasone ivory was used in endodontic teeth,and gutta-percha with ZOE was used in the other side.The degree and duration of pain after root canal filling were observed.Results:In the group using Endomethasone ivory,mild,moderate and severe dental pain were 85,10 and 1 teeth.While in the ZOE group,the numbers were 34,50 and 12(P<0.05).On the other hand,91,5 and zero teeth were recorded symptom of pain when it went on 3,5 and 7 days.But there were 37,43 and 16 teeth which were observed in the ZOE group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prognosis of root canal filling of molars with Endomethasone ivory is better than using ZOE.更多还原
