【摘要】 目的:探讨老年心脏病患者拔牙的安全性。方法:观察200例老年心脏病患者拔牙前后的心脏情况。结果:术中有26例ST-T段改变较术前加重,60例心率异常,3例房室传导阻滞,8例暂停手术。结论:对此类患者应重视术前检查,消除精神紧张因素,术中加强监视并采取相应措施,推荐使用利多卡因麻醉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the clinical understanding on dental extraction in elderly heart disease patients.Methods: 200 patients were consisted in this studied and their heart condition was recorded before and after extraction.Results: ST-T segment changes were found elevated after tooth extraction in 26 cases.60 patients expressed abnormal heart rhythm.3 related with auriculoventricular block,and extraction procedure cancelled in 8 patients due to heart problems.Conclusion: An evaluation of the situation must be based on a thorough investigation of the patient’s general health.Examination of the patient’s local disease and general diseases must not be overlooked.Reduction of dental anxiety,EKG monitoring during operation,and lidocaine local anesthesia,are recommended.更多还原
