【摘要】 目的:对阿霉素神经干注射结合骨腔外科处理治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效进行评估,了解其临床应用价值。方法:60例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组以阿霉素行三叉神经干注射结合病变骨腔外科处理进行治疗,对照组口服卡马西平。对两组疼痛评分及临床疗效进行分析,并进行统计学处理。结果:治疗1年后随访,治疗组29例,对照组28例,随访率>90%。治疗组患者的疼痛评分为(2.38±1.90),对照组患者的疼痛评分为(4.07±2.00),两组数据间比较,有统计学意义(t=-3.28,P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率为93.1%,对照组的总有效率为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(x~2=11.99,P<0.01)。结论:阿霉素神经干注射结合病变骨腔外科处理治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效确切、简便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of adriamycin nerve-trunk injection combined with surgical management of pathological bone cavity in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:60 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group accepted adriamycin nerve-trunk injection combined with surgical management of pathological bone cavity.The patients in control group were treated with carbamazepine.1 year after treatment,the patients were followed up.The pain score and clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed statistically between the two groups.Results:29 people were followed up in the treatment group;28 people were followed up in the control group.The rate of follow-up was more than 90%.The pain score of patients in treatment group was 2.38±1.90,and 4.07±2.00 in the control group.There was significant difference between two groups(t=-3.28,P<0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.10%, 75%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(x~2=11.99,P<0.01).Conclusion: Adriamycin nerve-trunk injection combined with surgical management of pathological bone cavity is a simple and effective therapeutic method in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.更多还原
