【摘要】 目的观察红金消结胶囊联合理疗仪治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效.方法选择乳腺增生症患者197例,随机分为3组:红金消结胶囊联合理疗仪治疗组(A组)98例,红金消结胶囊治疗组(B组)48例,低频电子脉冲/红外治疗仪治疗组(C组)51例,观察三组治疗疗效.结果红金消结胶囊治疗组与理疗仪治疗组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均能有较好的治疗效果;而红金消结胶囊治疗组及理疗仪治疗组分别与二者联合组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),红金消结胶囊联合理疗仪治疗组治疗效果明显优于单用组.在红金消结胶囊联合理疗仪治疗组中,年龄小于30岁的年轻女性治疗疗效更为显著.结论红金消结胶囊联合理疗仪治疗乳腺增生症能有效消除乳房疼痛和增生肿块.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule combined with physical therapy on mammary hyperplasia.Methods 197 cases of mammary hyperplasia were divided into three groups.The group A with 98 cases was treated by Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule and physical therapy.The group B with 51 cases was treated by Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule.The group C with 48 cases was treated by physical therapy.Results In the group B and C,the total effective rate was 84.3% and 83.3%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P>0.05).The group which was treated by Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule combined with physical therapy showed significant deviation compared with the other two groups(P<0.01).Furthermore,the people younger than 30 years old had more remarkable therapeutic effect than the people older than 30 years old.Conclusion Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule combined with physical therapy can effectively remove breast pain and hyperplasia lump.更多还原
