云南白药对骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子表达的影响

【摘要】 目的观察云南白药主要成分对兔骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子表达的影响.方法将新西兰大白兔100只,随机分为五组,每组20只,手术制作所有兔桡骨中段骨干缺损模型,分别在左侧缺损间植入含有白药1~6号粉剂的医用明胶海绵,作为实验组.右侧同样手术处理,只是骨缺损中植入不含白药粉的医用明胶海绵,作为对照组,分别为白药1号、2号、3号、4号及6号组;观察不同时期1~6号白药原药成分对骨痂组织血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响.结果在骨折愈合的早期及中期,1~6号白药原药成分增加骨痂中VEGF基因表达的表达水平;各组以术后2周VEGF表达水平最高,术后12周表达水平最低.结论白药原药成分在骨折愈合的早、中期,具有提高骨折后骨痂内VEGF表达的作用,从而加速断端微血管新生重建,改善骨折肢体的血液循环,促进骨折愈合.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of major components in Yunnan Baiyao on the expression of VEGF during the process of experimental rabbit fracture healing.Methods 100 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups in this experiment.After the fracture model of both radius was established by operation,every medical gelatin sponge which contains number1,2,3,4,6 Yunnan Baiyao component was put into all left bone defect of radius separately as 1,2,3,4,6 Yunnan Baiyao group,and put an medical gelatin sponge which contains nothing into all the right defect as matching control group.The effect of Yunnan Baiyao on the expression of VEGF at different intervals was observed during fracture healing.Results The expression levels of VEGF in number1-6 Yunnan Baiyao group was surpassed to that of control group at the early and middle stage of fraeture healing.The highest expression levels of VEGF was on the 2 weeks after operation,and the lowest was on the 12 weeks after operation.Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao can upregulate the expression ofVEGF in the callus tissue,accelerate the vascularization at the broken ends of fractured bone,improve the blood circulation of the fractured extremity,thus promote the healing of fractured bone.
