【摘要】 目的探讨网络工作群在高校图书馆管理和服务的作用.方法以昆明医学院图书馆网络工作群为例,收集群成员的对话记录,结合问卷调查,对网络工作群在高校图书馆管理和服务的作用进行分析.结果网络工作群成员交流的形式主要为上传下载信息、发布交流信息以及发送接收邮件.交流的三大内容为图书馆行政管理和服务、信息咨询和文献检索教学.活跃群成员所在的前三个部室为信息咨询部、技术部和馆行政办公室.网络工作群为图书馆员工的工作提供了很多便利.结论网络工作群在高校图书馆的管理和服务中发挥诸多优势,同时应尽快建立、规范不同的网络工作群,促进高校图书馆的发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the roles of Internet-based working group in management and services of higher school library.Methods The information shared in an Internet-based working group of the library of Kunming Medical University was collected.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the library staff.The functioning of the Internet-based working group in management and services of the library was then analyzed.Results The communication methods used by the members of the group included information uploading,downloading,and announcing,as well as sending and receiving emails.The three major topics shared in the group were library administration management and services,information consultation,and information retrieval teaching and learning.The most three active sections were Information Consultation Section,Technical Support Section,and Library Administration Office.The Internet-based working group provided the library staff members with a lot of convenience at work.Conclusions There are advantages for Internet-based working groups in library administration management and services.It is suggested that different Internet-based working groups should be set up and standardized as soon as possible for promoting the development of higher school libraries.更多还原
