猪小肠粘膜下层治疗兔背部皮肤缺损的实验研究

【摘要】目的运用猪小肠粘膜下层治疗日本大耳兔背部全层皮肤缺损.方法将冻干、灭菌过的SIS膜水合后覆盖日本大耳兔背部全层皮肤缺损,术后1周、2周、1月观察缺损皮肤修复的情况.结果猪小肠粘膜下层治疗治疗日本大耳兔背部全层皮肤缺损疗效满意(P<0.05).结论猪小肠粘膜下层可作为治疗皮肤缺损的支架材料.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To treat the full-thickness skin defect by SIS transplantation.Method The freeze dried and sterilized SIS were transplanted to the rabbit with full-thickness skin defect,then the repairation effect was observed at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks.Result The satisfactory effect was obtained by SIS transplantation.Conclusion The SIS can be used as a kind of the tissue engineered materials.更多还原
