【摘要】 目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)长期留置发生导管相关性感染的原因及对策.方法对我科2008年10月-2010年12月放置PICC的160例患者的所有资料进行汇总分析,找出发生导管相关性感染的原因.结果 160例PICC患者发生导管相关性感染5例(3.1%),根据发生的原因制定护理对策.结论置管操作熟练程度,规范的导管维护,留置时间、带管出院系统的健康教育是避免导管相关性感染的关键.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cause and strategies of catheter-related infections in malignancy patients who carried a PICC(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) for a long time.Methods From October 2008 to December 2010,there were 160 patients who carried a PICC.We analyzed their clinical information to find the cause of catheter-related infections.Results Catheter-related infections occurred in 5 patients(2.9%)of 160 patients.We made correspondent nursing strategies for them according to the causes.Conclusion The proficiency of operator,standard nursing and indwelling time of PICC,and the health education for whom being out of hospital with a PICC are all key factors to prevent the catheter-related infections.更多还原
