【摘要】 目的回顾性分析重组生长激素治疗对肝硬化患者糖、脂代谢的影响.方法分析2007年1月至2009年6月64例经重组生长激素治疗的肝硬化患者甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TCH)、空腹血糖(FBS)、血清胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(IRS)的影响情况.结果肝硬化患者治疗前后各项检测指标均值无统计学差异(P<0.05),但Child-pugh分级的不同病程患者存在糖、脂代谢差异.结论短期、小剂量重组生长激素辅助治疗肝硬化患者糖、脂代谢无明显影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the glucolipid metabolism in patients with liver cirrhosis after treatment with recombinant growth hormone.Methods We analyzed the triglycerides(TG),serum total cholesterol(TCH),fasting blood sugar(FBS),serum insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(IRS)in 64 patients with liver cirrhosis after treatment with recombinant growth hormone from January 2007 to June 2009.Results There was no statistically significant difference in each test index of patients with liver cirrhosis between before and after treatment.There was a statistically significant difference in glucolipid metabolism between patients with liver cirrhosis in different courses according to the Child-pugh grading.Conclusion Shortterm,small doses of recombinant growth hormone auxiliary treatment has no obvious effect on the glucolipid metabolism of patients with liver cirrhosis.更多还原
