【摘要】 目的探讨纤支镜刷片细胞学检查在临床肺癌诊断中的应用.方法收集昆明医学院第三附属医院2009年经纤支镜刷片细胞学诊断为肺癌的患者399例,纤支镜刷片细胞学及纤支镜活检病理学对肺癌进行诊断.结果纤支镜刷片细胞学诊断肺癌灵敏度为81.7%、特异度为98.9%,符合率为85.1%,均低于病理学诊断(87.2%、100%、89.8%),两者比较灵敏度、符合率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);纤支镜刷片细胞学与组织学分型符合一致性检验,Kappa值为0.809.结论纤支镜刷片细胞学检查是一种诊断肺癌及组织分型的可靠方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy brush cytology diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods We collected the data of 399 lung cancer patients diagnosed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy brush cytology in 2009,and compared to other data of the bronchofiberoscopic biopsy.Results The sensitivity of the fiberoptic bronchoscopy brush cytology in diagnosis of lung cancer was 81.7%,specificity was 98.9%,coincidence rate was 85.1%,all in biopsy in diagonis of lung cancer,the difference is significant in the sensitivity and coincidence rate(P<0.05).The consistency test in lung cancer type between the fiberoptic bronchoscopy brush cytology and histology pathology,was conducted,its Kappa value was 0.809.Conclusion The fiberoptic bronchoscopy brush cytology for clinical diagnosis and tissue typing of the lung cancer is an effective method.更多还原
