【摘要】 目的探讨左肝外叶切除术治疗左肝内胆管结石的效果.方法对近4 a来昆明医学院第二附属医院肝胆外二科收住的79例左肝内胆管结石行左肝外叶切除术病例进行回顾性分析.结果单纯左肝外叶切除术15例,左肝外叶切除加胆道切开术48例,肝叶切除加胆道探查术后胆肠吻合术16例.本组无手术死亡.经随访,72例治疗效果优良.结论左肝外叶切除是治疗左肝内胆管结石的理想而有效的手术方式.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the results of the treatment of left hepatolithiasis by left external lobectomy.Method 79 cases of left hepatolithiasis which were treated by left external lobectomy in our department during the past 4 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 79 cases were performed lobectomy which included:15 cases of left external lobectomy,48 cases of left external lobectomy together with choledochotomy,16 cases of left external lobectomy,bile duct exploration and cholangioenterostomy.All patients survived.72 cases had excellent curative efficacy during following-up period for 1-4yerars.Conclusion Left external lobectomy is the best choice for the treatmnent of left hepatolithiasis.更多还原
