【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the procedures and techniques of pleural decortication in the treatment of patients with chronic empyema.Method The clinical data of 73 patients with chronic empyema who received pleural decortication from June 2005 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Result All the 73 cases obtained satisfying results on operation time,volume of blood loss and postoperative recovery.Conclusion Pleural decortication with some techniques can get better results in the treatment of chronic empyema.更多还原
